Determine the type of Request for Change (RFC) that you wish to submit based on the following definitions. Then click the “Create RFC” button below to complete and submit your RFC.
- Architectural: any requests for changes to outside of home, such as: siding, painting, lighting, window and door replacement, roofing, fencing, etc.
- Landscaping: any requests for work to be completed on landscape issues on common ground. For example, tree trimming or removal, lawn maintenance, etc.
- Physical Plant: any requests for work to be completed on walkways, streets, drainage issues, street lights, signage, etc.
