1. Annual Homeowner Association Meeting Materials The DKHOA Board held our semi-annual Homeowner Association meeting on November 17th. They shared an update on our 2021 financials and reviewed budget changes for 2022. This included an announcement that dues will increase to $250/month in 2022. The Association is offering a discount for those who wish to pay for the full year in advance, as well as the opportunity to pay electronically. The Board also reminded us that they have engaged Castlebridge Management to take on the financial and administrative responsibilities for the Association as of January 1, 2022. Second Annual Winter/Holiday Door Decorating Contest Voting begins Monday, December 13th, and ends Friday, December 17th. Be sure to have your decorations up by the 13th! Participation is open to all Deerfield Knoll residents. If you have decorated your front door, you are in the contest! Winners will be determined by community vote. Each Deerfield address gets three votes. Prizes will be awarded to the top three vote-getters. Starting December 13th, walk around, drive around, and enjoy your neighbors’ creativity!
